Cornhole Board Process
Dream it.
Do you have a design that you would like printed on your own custom cornhole boards? The only limitation I have is the picture quality of the design you provide.
Design it.
I either submit a picture or logo that I can implement in my program, or I can provide designs that I have created to provide a one-of-a-kind design!
Print it.
I am working with a company located in Rathdrum Idaho that is able to print my creations directly on the wood almost like printing on paper!
Stain it.
If custom printing is not what you are looking for, I am able to stain/paint a design on the boards and even burn the boards for a rustic design.
Pocket Holes:
Every base is fabricated from 3/4” plywood and is not only glued to the 3/4” deck but I also use 40 pocket hole screws to ensure its strength.
Coat it.
Whether printed, painted, stained or burned I then take the boards and liberally coat them three times with a water based satin polyurethane sealant. I also sand between coats to ensure a smooth finish.
Handles:
The edge of every exposed piece of wood has been rounded over with a router and I have also added handles for easy transport.
Enjoy it.
Depending on the complexity of the design I am usually able to fabricate boards within a month, but assembly times vary. I can deliver, if necessary, meet at a location or you can pick up from my location.
Legs:
I use 3/8” lag bolts with nylon nuts to secure the legs. I have also added 1/2” of plastic dip to keep it from sliding on flat surfaces.
Warranty Policy:
All Cornhole Boards sold by Doozer Custom Woodworking come with a standard 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a Cornhole Board proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Doozer Custom Woodworking will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar item. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, alterations, modifications, or natural disasters.
Any bags sold by Doozer Custom Woodworking are used and do not include a warranty.
